Environmental PLANT

  • MBR(Membrane Biological Reactor) Facilities
  • It is a process that combines the advantages of biological treatment and separation membranes and is a next-generation core technology for sewage treatment that does not require treatment facilities after solid-liquid separation. It is an advanced separation process that can almost completely separate and remove raw materials, minerals, pollutants, and microorganisms present in raw and under wastewater depending on the pore size of the separator and the charge on the membrane surface.
  • ■ Characteristics of the MBR process
    Economic processing process
    - Initial facility costs and operation management costs (chemical costs, power costs, labor costs, sludge treatment costs, etc.) are more economical than conventional biological treatment methods.
    - It is economical because it can get a heavy water supply.

    Reduction of required site area
    - It can be reduced to less than 1/2 of the installation space due to the need for high-load operation and advanced treatment facilities using a membrane.

    Processed water quality stabilization
    - With a physical filtration system by a membrane, turbidity substances and bacteria can also be excluded.
    - It is possible to guarantee water quality that can be reused as heavy water by treating BOD and SS below 5 ppm.

    Easy to maintain
    - There is little need for management of microbial conditions and solid-liquid separation.
    - Control by the automation system is easy, so maintenance personnel are hardly required.

    Reduced surplus sludge generation
    - Since the sludge retention time (SRT) can be maintained for a long time under high MLSS concentration conditions, the sludge self-extinguishing amount is large, so there is little generation of surplus sludge.

    Compatibility is high
    - In order to improve the water quality and the increase in the amount of sludge at the existing treatment plant, a membrane unit can be installed in the abandonment tank to improve the treatment quantity and water quality.

  • RO(Reverse Osmosis) Facilities
  • When an external pressure higher than the osmotic pressure is applied, the solvent moves toward a solution with a lower solute concentration, which is called reverse osmosis, and the semi-permeable membrane used at this time is called reverse osmosis. It is a filtration system using body filtration and diffusion by applying constant pressure to pass through the semi-transmissive membrane, and is characterized by completely filtering invisible bacteria, viruses, heavy metals and sodium, and potassium.

  • ■ Features of RO Facilities
    Removal of dissolved salts
    - 95% of soluble inorganic salts (TDS) and other substances using a semipermeable membrane can be removed.
    - The desalination function can be applied to various water quality such as seawater, groundwater, and river water.

Removal of organic matter and removal of fine particles
    - Organic microorganisms can be eliminated by 95 percent.
    - 99.9% of particulate matter can be removed.

    Easy to manage driving
    - The device is simple and easy to obtain the desired water quality.
    - The automation system is easy to operate and operate and easy to maintain.
    - No separate wastewater treatment process is required for discharged water.

    A high-efficiency system
    - When using an energy-saving device, the operation cost is low because the life of the film is stabilized by reducing the power cost.

    Compacted system
    - When the device is configured with an RO film having excellent volume efficiency, the installation area is small and the installation period is short.

  • Ultra Pure Water Manufacturing Equipment
  • Ultra-pure water is a high-purity water that typically has electrical resistance between 17 M㏁/cm and 18 M㏁/cm, with little physical or chemical compounds or composites. It is characterized by removing ion components, particles, bacteria, microorganisms, and dissolved gas in the water through advanced treatment processes such as ion exchange resin, RO, and UF.
  • ■ General principles
The semipermeable membrane used in reverse osmotic ultrapure water manufacturing equipment has an excellent solid removal capacity of 85% to 99.8% for almost all source water. Therefore, the primary source water treated by the reverse osmotic pressure treatment unit can be passed through the secondary treatment unit, the ion exchange unit (MBP), or the like, to remove residual solids, producing ultrapure water with electrical resistance of 10 ㏁/cm to 18.3 ㏁/cm.
